Through partnering with schools both within CCSD and private the past 7 years, running free game dev education events like The Las Vegas Summer Game Jam with industry partners (including Epic Games, SideFX) contemporary game dev methods and technologies have been introduced to the Las Vegas community. Our 10 year plan intends for enough of this education to germinate and maturate into a strong hiring pool (like Seattle) for our company and others to draw from.

Counting courses taught, workshops, gamejams, and guest lectures, over 3000 people (so far) have passed through game development classes I've conducted - and its my intention for that number to only grow from there.
